标准2025经双方协商，澳大利亚标准协会已向大洋洲认可委员会（JAS-ANZ）转让ANZEx合格评定体系的管理权。
澳大利亚标准协会向JAS-ANZ转让了管理权，保障了管理的连续性，使利益相关方可以继续利用ANZEx体系进行鉴定和合格评定。网络是获取与ANZEx体系相关信息的基本途径，也是查看该体系下合格证书的主要窗口。
ANZEx体系是澳大利亚爆炸性环境用设备的质量认证规划。在澳大利亚和新西兰，危险区域电气设备安装标准要求“证明符合”。该项要求与在AS/NZS ISO/IEC 17065及相关规定下所鉴定出的第五类体系一致。只要获得ANZEx体系的合格证书或IECEx合格证书，就可以认为是达到了这项要求。
澳大利亚标准协会需要任命一名合适的经理来管理2016年8月建立的ANZEx体系，于是便产生了转让管理权的结果。该结果得到了澳大利亚标准协会董事会，即标准发展与认证委员会（SDAC）的认可。
澳大利亚标准协会与JAS-ANZ经过谈判确定了转让契约，JAS-ANZ自2016年8与3日起正式接管ANZEx体系。
Standards Australia transfers management of the ANZEx Scheme to JAS-ANZ
Standards Australia has transferred management of the ANZEx Conformity Assessment Scheme to JAS-ANZ by mutual agreement.
The transfer of management from Standards Australia to JAS-ANZ provides continuity of management allowing stakeholders to continue to use the ANZEx Scheme in support of certification and conformity assessment. The primary portal for information relating to the ANZEx Scheme and for viewing Certificates of Conformity issued under the ANZEx Scheme is the website.
The ANZEx Scheme is the Australian program for the Certification of Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres. In Australia and New Zealand the installation standards for electrical equipment in a Hazardous Area require ‘Proof of Compliance’. This requirement is in accordance with a Type 5 scheme identified in AS/NZS ISO/IEC 17065 and the associated rules. Either a Certificate of Conformity within this ANZEx Scheme or an IECEx Certificate of Conformity is deemed to comply with this requirement.
The transfer of management was the result of a process undertaken by Standards Australia to appoint a suitable manager of the ANZEx Scheme for the period following the conclusion of the Standards Australia’s commitment to manage the ANZEx Scheme which concluded in August 2016. The transfer was endorsed by Standards Development and Accreditation Committee (SDAC), a committee of Standards Australia’s Board of Directors.
Standards Australia and JAS-ANZ negotiated a deed of transfer which recognises JAS-ANZ as the manager of the ANZEx Scheme commencing on 3 August 2016.
